Chapter II
For Miss Kayrutledge!

Lady, I love your blog. Following you always brings me laughs and warm fuzzies. I answered your question most acutely. Please let me explain: I was saying, I have a friend who went to culinary school on the mere hunch that he enjoyed cooking for people. He went to a school in Kentucky, thrived, graduated at the top of his class, and is now traveling all over the USA cooking and LOVING his life. The only downside to his job is that the hours are sometimes stressful. BUT, he loves what he’s doing, and is overjoyed at his decision. I hope you find the right road for you, and if cooking is that direction then good luck and all the inspiration for you! Worst case scenario: you go to culinary school for two years, decide you don’t want to do that forever, and pick something else up. In any case you learned how to further your knowledge of amazing cooking, which sounds like could be a real talent for you! (No lies…when I saw the pic of your peanut butter cheesecake brownies, I almost fainted…) Whatever the case, you should explore all passions in life if you have the chance. You’re young now, and talent hungry. :) Good luck!
